Import Member Function

You can find the Import Member tool on the header of the Members tab.

Select an Active Membership

The first step is to select an active membership tier.

Summary of Template

See immediately below the Required, Recommended and Optional columns included in the Downloadable CSV Template. This template is provided in the Import Members function.

• MemberID (Optional. Remember to include the Prefix.)

• First Name (Required)

• Last Name (Recommended)

• Email (Required)

• Phone number (Recommended)

• Expire At (Optional)

1. Member Ids (Optional)

Important: if you included the Member ID column in the import file, you should consider the "Prefix" you configured in the membership setup. eg. "MEM".

The Member Id's are displayed on the member's digital wallet pass and must be unique and less than 15 characters/ digits. eg. MEM001, MEM002

If the "MemberId" column is not included in the import CSV, the platform will generate an incrementing unique alphanumeric Member Id for you, and use "Prefix" that is configured in the membership setup.

2. Expiry Dates (Optional)

Firstly, the Expiry date import (using the "Expire" field name) must follow the ISO 8601 date/time format.

Basic date (YYYYMMDD): Example: 20250427

Extended date (YYYY-MM-DD): Example: 2025-04-27

Date and Time Extended Format: (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS): Example: 2025-04-27T15:45:00

Note: it is possible to import expired memberships, and will present as "Expired" status in the Members tab (in the dashboard).

3. Deactivated Members

Importing Inactive and/or deactivated members is coming soon.

4. Personalised Artwork/ Photo ID (Request Only)
