Basic Requirements
To import personalised artwork or profile photos, you need to use a Custom Thumbnail Images URL field in the import CSV. We recommend "Custom Thumbnail URL" field name in the header.
Images must be uploaded to Frontcover with filenames that correspond to the Import CSV (as requested). The Frontcover success team will provided further details.
Note: the images must be valid image files (recommend JPG or PNG).
