1. Self-Onboarding
This is the most common way to onboard new and existing members. In Membership Setup, you can choose the basic information members need to provide and configure notification settings.
Members click the Join button below and complete a short form to get started. Once approved, either manually in the dashboard or automatically through eligibility settings, they receive a customisable Welcome Email and/or SMS.
2. Import Members
If you have your member details, you have the option to onboard members through the Import Members function in the Dashboard -> Members. Download the CSV template and see a summary of the required and recommended fields immediately below.
3. Integrations + API (Frontcover Pro)
Clubs or communities can connect their existing systems or CRMs to Frontcover using the Frontcover Connect API, making it easy to onboard members and keep member records in sync. API documentation, including information on integrating with Zapier, is available here.
