Here's how to start claiming the benefits included with memberships through Frontcover!
To claim and redeem any (or all) of the benefits you're eligible for, you will want to download your digital wallet pass to your mobile.
1 - Claim your preferred benefit
Check out the benefit(s) you'd like to claim on the Community Profile in the left column (see below). Displayed is a summary of each benefit along with a visual for the membership it's related to.
New members
Simply click the benefit you'd like and click the Claim button eg. Claim Juicy Discounts for the example below. This 6-step guide is designed for new prospective members.
Existing members
You should click the Sign In button to start redeeming the benefits right away.
2. Sign in to Frontcover
You must first click the Sign In button to sign up and/or sign in to the Community.
On the popup window, either enter your Email address or choose the Google option to Sign In / Sign Up.
If you opt to enter your Email address, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code via your email. Use this code when prompted to do so.
Note: Frontcover uses a secure password-less and web3 service called Magic to authenticate all users.
3 - Verify you're eligibility for benefits
You must complete all steps successfully to claim membership.
In the example below, users are required to enter and verify their first name, last name and email.
Next, hit the Claim Membership button (as shown below).
4 - Success! You can now add your wallet pass to your mobile
You're almost there!
If you're on a mobile device - you can click Add to Google Wallet or Add to Apple Wallet directly from this page (see step 6). If you're on Desktop, we'd suggest grabbing your mobile and scanning the QR code to complete this step.
Important
On the Redeem Benefit screen, the Redemption Instructions are also displayed, to explain how to immediately redeem the benefit(s) offered.
5 - Hit the Add button on Mobile
Add your swanky new digital wallet pass to your Google or Apple Wallet.
(Note: the example below depicts the Apple wallet experience).
6 - Feel the excitement!
How amazing is your new digital wallet pass?!
This pass is now automatically saved on your mobile and you'll be able to use it for many of the benefits associated with your membership - including any new benefits added in future.
Tip
With Apple Wallets, it's not obvious where to view details of the wallet pass - which include links and information on the benefits and their redemption. You must click the ⓘ or Pass Details from the options icon on the top right corner of the Apple Wallet app.
